"Little Muddy" modern European style living in a rural environment for the distinguished guest in the middle of a gated 400 acre Ranch, close to the town of Prince George, BC - BC's Northern Capital. Only 20 minutes from UNBC and all shops.

The beautifully restored 'Oldtimer' is a self-contained cottage that features every comfort for 1-5 guests. Hardwood floors, 3 piece tiled shower bathroom, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, full kitchen, diswasher, fridge, cook top, Micro/convection, granite countertops. Queen-size bed and twin/double bunk, feather duvets, lots of pillows, cotton sheets. Woodstove, TV / Satellite / DVD Stereo / CD.

"The Livery" Cabin with bright and cozy interior semi-private 2 bunks double/twin and 1 double, ( for 5 - max 8 pers) kitchenette, fluffy duvets, lots of pillows, beautiful antique furniture, large deck with benches and table, 3piece and 2piece bathroom, pastoral views.

 

 

All units have private horse paddocks with shelter for guests that like to bring their own horses . Horse hay available. Complimentary fruit basket. Breakfast Service and Snacks offered. We are children and pet friendly ( resident pets and horses).

We arrange: Guided Hunting and Fishing, Float Plane sightseeing, ATV rental, your summer BBQ, Bone-fire night, or special event. We have private river access in walking distance with sandy beach. 2 Ranch RV sites with electr. and water.
